  1. Limits up to $ 2 million claim/$ 2 million aggregate.
  2. Deductibles of $2,500 or $5,000. and defense is in addition to the Liability Limit.
  3. An admitted E&O Program in NC.
  4. No surplus lines taxes or fees.
  5. "Tail" coverage is available.
  6. A no-interest payment plan or EFT.
  7. Must be a member of an Agents Association and working towards an Insurance Professional Designation such as CIC, AAI, CPCU, CISR, CPIA etc.
  8. Minimum premium of $2,500.

The new NCDOI 10-01-2010 licensing rules that are in the September/October PIANC FYI newsletter, are for people getting an insurance license for the FIRST time. If you have a current NC insurance license, you are grandfathered in and DO NOT have to get fingerprinted etc.. Please read thoroughly the NCDOI NEW licensing rules effective October 1, 2010.
