Becoming a Member
Membership with PIANC is open to agents/principals of
independent agencies/brokerages firms. Member agencies are
classified as Main Members and Branch Members:
Main Member ($425, as of 1/1/04):
Owner/principal of independent agency, or brokerage firm. All
employees of the agency/firm are entitled to member benefits and
services, including education discounts. Name associated with
membership will be the agency/firm contact person and voting
member of PIANC. This person will also serve as a voting member
of the national PIA organization.
Retirees (
$ 35/location, as of 1/1/04)
Branch Member ($90/location, as of 1/1/04):
Other
agency/firm locations in North Carolina. Branch members, and
their employees, are eligible to attend association events and
educational seminars at member rates and receive mailings. The
branch contact is a voting member of PIANC and eligible for
member benefits of national PIA organization.
