Did You Know-
From PIAND 07-26-2010 PROFAX:
Obama Health Plan Kills HSAs. After enactment of the new health care
bill, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Medical Savings Accounts (MSA)
will be history. Because the high deductible plans
will be "outlawed", any individual plan with a deductible will not meet
the "essential requirements". Two national health companies announced
they will stop offering individual medical expense health plans due to
the minimum medical loss ratio requirements contained in the new health
bill. American National Life and Standard Life and Accident discontinued
selling these plans as of June 30th. These individual plans are mostly
high-deductible, major medical-type products.
(Note-This is the reason that PIANC
asked agents to make a contribution to
PIAPAC to correct what is now going on in Washington, DC by people who
are
taking away independents agents livelihood, what are these people going
to take away next? Make a real change back to sanity in November 2010,
give to PIAPAC)

clarifies the intent. and watch the"trigger".
5. Here it is 100 degrees and the new endorsement BP 1416 -Snowplow

This BP 1416 removes the products and completed operations exclusion from
the BOP's liability section for an incident like this to cover the
contractor and the owner of the parking lot.

CPP. Contact your Companies for these changes, as some Companies may not
have adopted these new ISO changes and read the endorsements to be sure that
you have the correct endorsement for coverage (s). PIANC assumes no
